1. Services

The nutrition and menopause coaching services are provided for informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment, and you should consult with your healthcare provider if you have any medical concerns about making any dietary or lifestyle changes.

2. Disclaimer

2.1. Your coach does not provide health care, medical or nutritionist services and will not diagnose, treat or cure in any manner whatsoever any disease, condition or physical or mental ailment of the human body.

2.2. Your coach is not acting in the capacity of a doctor, psychologist or other licensed or registered professional

2.3 .You have chosen to work with your coach and participate in a coaching programme voluntarily

2.4. You are encouraged to maintain a relationship with your healthcare provider and you should discontinue or change any treatment plan that you may be on without discussion first with your healthcare provider.

2.5. You accept full responsibility for all decisions and courses of actions that you take

 

3. Responsibility

3.1. Your coach will do everything possible to support you in achieving your own results and desired outcomes

3.2. You are responsible for the cause of all change in your life

3.3. Your coach will work with you to identify solutions and offer suggestions, options and advice based on their own personal experience, training and the information appropriate

4. Payment, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

4.1. If you wish to cancel the agreement and / or any payments made within 5 business days of the start date of our services, you may do so by notification in writing and, in such circumstances, we will provide you with a full refund of any monies paid.   Refunds will not be provided for services that have already commenced.

4.2. All coaching sessions are scheduled in advance by direct agreement between you and your coach.  If for any reason you cannot attend a session, it can be cancelled within 24 hours and rescheduled. Any session cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeited.  All notice of cancellation must be made in writing by WhatsApp, text or email to the coach and you are responsible for rescheduling.  The coaching programmes are created and sold as whole packages and cannot be altered or partially completed in any way. Unused sessions from a coaching programme due to quitting the programme will not be eligible for refund, credit or transfer. 

4.3 If at any time the client or coach believe the coaching sessions and agreement are not longer serving the needs of the client, they may initiate a discussion to rectify the situation prior to cancelling the programme or sessions.

5. Programme Changes

The coach reserves the right to change or modify any programmes as considered necessary.  Any such change will be made in consultation with the client.

6. Confidentiality

You coach will not divulge that you are in a coaching relationship without your express consent.  You are of course free to discuss the coaching relationship with anyone at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, images and logos, is the property of Hormonally Nourished and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or sell any of our content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

10.1 .Hormonally Nourished’s services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our website, services, or products.

10.2 We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of our website and services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.

10.3 To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims arising out of or related to this Agreement or our services or products will be limited to the amount paid by you for the services or products in question.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our website and services. By entering into an agreement to use our services either or through payment to Hormonally Nourished, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement

9.2. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable at law, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

9.3. Failure by us to enforce any provision of this Agreement will not be construed as a waiver of that provision and/or our right to enforce it in the future.
