What is a Menopause Coach?

What on earth is a menopause coach and why would I need one?

You may well be asking yourself this when you look at this site, so let me explain...

Although a natural process affecting all women on average between the ages of 45-55, menopause brings about a variety of hormonal and physiological changes in the body which can have a significant impact on a women’s health and quality of life. We may reach this point in life and feel we want to make changes to improve our health and sense of wellbeing but just don’t know where or how to start.

A qualified and certified menopause coach is a supportive mentor who helps you make the changes that you want to make and move in the direction you want to go. A coach helps build awareness, empowers choice, motivates, champions and cheerleads! With a coach you can go from just ‘knowing what you should or want to do’ to actually making the changes that make a difference.
